Toasty Legal

Accessibility Statement

Effective date: July 1, 2026
Last updated: July 2, 2026

[TOASTY LEGAL ENTITY] is committed to making Toasty usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA across the Toasty application and our public websites.

1. What We Do

  • Build with semantic HTML, labelled form controls, and logical heading structure so screen readers can navigate the product.
  • Support keyboard-only navigation with visible focus indicators.
  • Maintain color contrast that meets WCAG AA ratios, and never use color as the only way to convey a state (lead-temperature states, for example, always carry text labels).
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
  • Respect user preferences such as reduced motion where the interface animates.
  • Review new features against WCAG 2.1 AA as part of our design and QA process.

2. Known Limitations

Toasty is under active development, and some areas may not yet fully conform, particularly complex data views and third-party embedded content. We are working through these areas and prioritize fixes that block core tasks.

3. Feedback and Contact

If you hit an accessibility barrier in Toasty, we want to know and we will work with you to get you what you need, including providing information in an alternative format where possible. Contact us at legal@sendtoasty.comwith "Accessibility" in the subject line, and include the page or feature involved and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

4. Enforcement and Review

This statement is reviewed at least annually and whenever we ship significant interface changes.
